Strategic Partnership Manager
LOCATION: LeTourneau University @ Plano, Texas Educational Center
REPORTS TO: Vice President for Global Operations
SCHEDULE: Primarily weekdays, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Substantial travel including nights and occasional weekends required.

Corporate and community relations is a key component of the overall University strategic enrollment growth effort. Reporting to the Vice President for Global Operations, the Manager will help maintain relationships with business partners, enhance the quality of customer service with our partners, and identify opportunities for new alliances. The Manager helps to ensure that LETU develops and maintains strong presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, with focus on the North Dallas/Plano region, and has an effective framework for creating and maintaining business relationships. Collaboration with LETU and its partners to create an environment in which partnerships can thrive is a necessity.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Identifying new prospective partners and presenting options for partnership
- Managing the communication flow with partners following Agreement implementation
- Maintaining the network of partnerships accessed by LETU leadership
- Scheduling and conducting information meetings and events with partners with the approval of the Vice President
- Fulfilling other duties as needed, identified by the Vice President of Global Operations
This person must possess an enthusiastic and contagious Christian faith, and be committed to service at a dynamic interdenominational, evangelical Christian university where the integration of faith and academic excellence is paramount. Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree preferred, preferably in the area of business and/or marketing
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, and/or corporate partnership development, preferably in higher education
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Knowledge of and ability to perform basic computer applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- The ability to work without supervision and take initiative to accomplish the tasks of the role
- Demonstrate professional Christian conduct at all times
- Knowledge and/or familiarity with hosting webinars
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and other qualifications. LeTourneau University provides a significant benefit package, which includes medical and life insurance and contribution to a retirement program.
