This short term contract role is focused on supporting the amendment of US Human Resource and other CS agreements to support the transition of services and divestiture of certain Businesses within our Client. This role works closely with the other Sourcing Manager, Legal, Human Resources, and Suppliers in Midland, MI and reports to the Global Category Leader for Professional Services in Midland, MI. This role requires previous procurement and contracts management experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and negotiate appropriate contract amendments to allow for transition services with existing vendors
Work with functional partners and Legal to implement contracts and strategy.
Assist with other contract renewals as requested
Assure smooth hand off of agreement to client and Procure to Pay to assure Purchase Order and Invoice is established correctly to avoid billing issues.
As needed, assure appropriate approvals are received for final amendments and documentation completed and properly stored in the Contract Repository
3-5 Years previous experience
oContract development and negotiation
oSupplier Relationship Management
oClient Relationship Management
4 year degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain or a related field
