Overview

Sugarloaf Child Care is hiring caregivers for our preschool room, our toddler room, and our infant room. This role provides quality care for children ages 10 weeks to 5 years in a professional, licensed child care facility and is responsible for ensuring that children have a safe and fun environment in which to play and learn while also meeting their basic individual needs. Working season runs from November to April.  If you have a passion for working with young children, this is the job for you! 

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and ensure their safety
• Implement daily routine and activities 
• Prepare and serve lunch and 2 snacks
• Help and promote good hygiene (washing hands, potty training, diapers, etc.) 
• Complete/ attend weekly trainings

Qualifications

• Must be available weekends/ some holidays
• Exhibits great communication skills - with children, familes, and co workers 
• Must be able to collaborate and work effectively as a team 
• College level course work in Early Childhood OR experience in a licensed Child Care facility is preferred, but not mandatory
