As our Luxury Suites General Manager, you will be the food and beverage department manager to oversee our client and associate experience within the new Boston Garden Society.
We have 89 executive suites where you will oversee the ultimate luxury experience four our clients and fans.Responsibilities
- Oversee luxury suites, Cross Insurance Boardroom and two bar locations. Oversee hiring, training, scheduling and supervising of all suites associates (servers, bar porters, bartenders, bussers, runners, supervisors, assistant manager and coordinator).
Monitor food and beverage orders, deliveries to suite holders, daily sales reporting, accounts receivable and cash control.
Collaborate with culinary to develop menus and suite presentations; develop beverage menus for multiple bar locations.
Manage guest experience by creating relationships with client, develops standards of service and follows through with customer opportunities and feedback.
Develop ongoing relationship and partnership with arena sales and service team. Collaborate on renewals and special programs.
Manage various operational reports. Keep records pertaining to purchases, requisitions and liquor logs. Manage sales process for Suites Food and Beverage.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of food service management, premium or suites experience preferred.
