*** Ensure that all investigations, settlements, reserves, and coverages are managed in compliance with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
*** Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to staff including property training as necessary.
*** Administer all staff performance reviews.
*** Coordinate responses to inquiries from regulators and stakeholders.
