The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing technical assistance and will coordinate efforts with production teams in order to achieve the planned work and production time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate Operations activities between hangars.
-Coordinate Operations activities between shifts.
-Perform hangar audits.
-Provide technical support as required.
-Communicate to Management any problems and suggested solutions.
-Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
-Travel may be required.
-All other duties as assigned.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; placing, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor of Arts degree, (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university; or eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
-Must possess a current and active FAA A&P license.
