The Physicians Office Supervisor, Health Texas Provider Network (HTPN), is responsible for coordinating all activities of assigned employees in the Physicians Office and works with the manager to ensure practice is managed according to established standards. In addition, the Physicians Office Supervisor is responsible for the following:
Supervise daily activities of Physician Office to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure that policies and procedures for assigned practice are complimentary to Health Texas Provider Network (HTPN) goals.
Supervise assigned staff which could include Nursing, Front Office, Accounting, and Medical Records.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of records, reports, letters, and other pertinent written communications.
Investigate, resolve, and document resolution of patient complaints concerning services provided by practice.
Partner with various staff members regarding Practice Operations as related to assigned area.
The ideal Supervisor Physician Office candidate is someone with effective communication skills who is organized, flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
