Tracks, monitors and measures the benefit of implemented solutions for moderately complex issues, applying company policies and procedures in the resolution of a variety of issues. May also perform gap analysis.
Communicates perceived risks to senior staff members and leadership with recommendations for mitigation.
Computes metrics involving moderately complex issues.

Duties and Responsibilities • Use data mining, analytics, and business judgment to help identify, prioritize, structure and solve complex Supply Chain problems • Summarize findings into useful information that can be used to increase revenue, cuts costs, and/or drive Supply Chain business decisions • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning, inventory management, cost optimization) • Develop models to recommend inventory deployment configurations and optimize ordering parameters • Help foster trusting relationships with business partners • Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance • Create dashboards, reports, and analyses that explain what happened, what may happen, and why • Identify and understand various data sources: explore large volumes of online and offline data across platforms and data sets • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Maintain a strong understanding of data processes, strategies, and Supply Chain needs Qualifications • Must be a strategic and analytical thinker • Must possess natural curiosity and problem-solving skills • Self-directed, adaptable, strong work ethic, ability to multi-task, and confidence handling adjusting priorities and goals in changing circumstances • Ability to deal with change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills with ability to independently prioritize work focused on the project and task goals • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Eager to gain and share knowledge with co-workers • Self-starter • Excellent ability to communicate (written and verbal) with multiple levels of leadership as well as cross-functional business and technical teams • Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments Education and Experience • Undergraduate degree in either a Computer Science, Operation Research, Applied Mathematics, Economics or other relative quantitative discipline • 2+ years of experience analyzing large, multi-dimensional data sets using SQL, Excel and other analysis tools • Average to strong SQL knowledge required - PL/SQL or T-SQL • Familiarity with data warehousing and architecture concept/tools • Data Mapping experience • Data Mining experience • Must have experience presenting data and its implications • Strong analytical experience • Strong critical thinking skills • Experience working in a team environment • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
