Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the 5 end to end Supply Chain and Manufacturing business process cross functional implementation teams. Responsible for the overall integrity of the system to meet business needs. Must be able to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, finance, and IT.
This person will have overall accountability and oversight for defining process changes within project scope, testing the scenarios, updating master data, updating procedure documentation and developing training and as part of overall project deliverables. Responsible for the overall integrity of the system to meet business needs. Accountable for Inventory Management and Reporting, Master Data Maintenance, Process Analysis & documentation, end user support.
- 10 years of Supply Chain experience in Supply Planning, Inventory, Logistics, and/or Procurement
- Strong Project and Process management experience. Prefer experience in a regulated environment
- Operational knowledge of Demand to Supply, Procure to Pay, Product Life cycle management, and subcontracting manufacturing
- Cross functional leadership of system subject matter experts
- Understanding of ERP
- Master Data operational definitions and use for products, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers
- Supply Chain Business Process analysis and documentation
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations
- APICS CPIM Certified
- PMI PMP Certification
- Inventory management and reporting experience
- Problem solving skills
- Influence without authority
- Organization and time management skills
- ERP Validation experience
