Mechanics Bank is looking for a Support Desk Specialist Tier II to provide the first line of help in resolving user Service Desk calls. This role will be inIrvine, CA.
In this role, you will provide support and assistance to the IT group by following problem determination procedures and processes, documenting problems and fixes in the Service Desk System, performs user profile updates and escalates problems according to established protocols. Performs tasks as assigned by the Manager of Technology and Information Systems; setup, inventory, preparation and repair of personal computer hardware and software components. The key success factor of this position is minimizing the downtime as a result of user calls.
