Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in manufacturing environment is preferred, but training will be provided. Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift 20-25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds infrequently. Required to perform 10%-20% of work in a freezer. Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Able to work independently as well as alongside team members. Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity. Able to visually inspect products and components for defects. Position requires worker to wear assigned uniform provided by Ortho and personal protection equipment (PPE) as required for safety of staff and product. Please note the SHIFT requirements for this position: *SHIFT* Rotating 8-day cycle with two 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and two 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) followed by 4 days off. This shift includes working weekends and holidays. Shift differential pay is provided.

Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in Rochester NY is currently looking for contract staff to operate machines in their manufacturing and/or packaging areas. Training is provided. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Other duties as assigned. Please note the SHIFT requirements for this position: *SHIFT* Rotating 8-day cycle with two 12-hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and two 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM) followed by 4 days off. Once they have cleared the drug and background check we ask you clearly communicate to them that at this time they can start and complete the process to get their Kodak badge ASAP as it takes 72 hours. Once confirmed their badge is in hand start details will be provided.
