Owning SLA, KPI and driving Operations to meet Service level objectives
Driving & Monitoring Queue for ticket closure.
Escalation Tracking and own till closure.
Induction and KT to newly joined associates.
Responsible for Floor Management parameters.
Daily dashboard publishing
Operational action points tracking and closure
Participation in Project Team outages and provide support.
Work on End point compliance (Control parameters –AD /AV /SCCM and ET) and Software Harvesting (unauthorized software uninstallation)
Technical support Application software for Desktops/Laptops.
Printers and Multifunctional device support
Coordinating and Updating Desktops movement AMS Coordinating with Asset tracker for maintaining asset.
Work on issues related to Hardware /Operating system for both laptops and desktops.
Troubleshoot and resolve issue related to Outlook and Communicator.
Software Installation based on RAMS request raised by end user
Air Watch Support on Phone
