We are currently seeking a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist leads full-cycle recruiting efforts for the North America regional and plant teams. Recruiting and sourcing will focus on identifying top talent for our North America plant locations. This position will focus on hourly recruiting of skilled trades, operators, and engineers. This position will also be responsible for setting the strategic direction of sourcing strategies, various employer branding projects, and applicant tracking system (iCIMS) projects.
Drive the sourcing and selection activities by creating a robust pipeline of talent for both current and future roles ultimately reducing time and cost to fill
Work closely with the executive team, business leaders, and HR business partners to ensure the staffing of open positions
Develop cohesive talent acquisition strategies for critical technical talent supporting the development of talent pipelines
Work closely with the HRIS team to identify opportunities for system improvements within iCIMS in order to drive efficiency in all recruiting processes
Recommend content updates to the careers website and social media pages.
Increase overall employer brand awareness in the markets operates in and create engagement strategies for key prospective talent
Develop a cohesive and consistent approach to external organizational relationships and other resources that support sourcing efforts; Ensure we are monitoring results and change course accordingly
Identify and manage third party search firms when their services are necessary Qualifications
2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for Manufacturing roles
Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions
Ability to manage multiple requisitions while demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and reducing time to fill
Experience as an in house recruiter with a large, international company preferred
Working knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems; iCIMS highly preferred
Self-motivation to drive results and complete tasks independently
High level of emotional maturity; comfortable with change and ambiguity
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work Strong organizational skills and initiative to improve processes "
