|As an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team, this position plays a key role in the success of *** recruitment goals by delivering the best onsite experience to all candidates that walk through our doors. The Talent Ambassador will evolve our current interview process by devoting their time and energy to providing a high touch experience to every ***' interview candidate. This will involve brainstorming innovative ways to enhance the candidate experience, utilizing strong interpersonal skills, and leveraging candidate feedback to improve future processes. The ideal person will have excellent attention to detail, a passion for candidate experience, and ability thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.|
You will be part of a senior, experienced, collaborative Talent Acquisition team that is passionate about our success.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
Act as the point person for onsite interviews: greeting, escorting, providing breaks, and walking candidates out.
Provide a pleasant interviewing experience to candidates by employing a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
Exercise a strong attention to detail to ensure interviews run smoothly and in an organized fashion.
Take ownership of interviews by handling any cancellations or reschedules that may arise and adjusting schedules accordingly.
Monitor candidate feedback and utilize to improve interviewing processes.
Collaborate with the StaffingConnect team to research and employ strategies that will enhance the candidate experience at ***.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
Ability to form strong relationships with internal business groups and candidates.
Demonstrates flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced and high volume environment.
Willingness to learn the business and communicate effectively in response to commonly asked candidate questions.
Strong desire to improve the candidate experience and is proactive in doing so.
