About the Job
As a Tax Administrator, your main responsibilities will include filing and tracking sales tax returns and payments as well as assessing and paying annual property tax returns. You will also assist with research to determine taxability of products and services in various jurisdictions. You will file business licenses as well as research and resolve issues with appropriate jurisdictions. Additionally, you will complete and track outgoing and incoming exemption certificate forms when necessary. You will also prepare check requests for returns and invoices and assist with other administrative duties including mailing, tracking, file preparation and related tasks.
Requirements:- Associate's degree in Business (Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience
- Knowledgeable in Excel
- Excellent problem resolution skills
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines
