Job Title: Technical Analyst

Duration: 6 Months
Description:
This is a technical analyst who provides support for the Content Analysis service using a 3rd party commercial product Micro Focus Control Point, with primary focus on service requests associated with O drive migration.
Responsibilities:
Learning the tool, update to supported version
Working with the customers for service request and vendor for issues resolution
Knowledge base and support documentation
Working with internal ITC teams to resolve service performance and bug fixes
PowerShell scripting is required to build and/or enhance existing scripts specific to O drive project.
Required Qualifications:
5 years experience-
Infrastructure
Enterprise application administration
Extensive PowerShell experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Developer experience
Software operational experience
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
