Provide leadership and expertise to streamline and accelerate business processes. Leverage technology by working in conjunction with department leaders and subject matter experts. Provide support and guidance in existing tools to empower business units to utilize technology to their advantage.
Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to target processes that are candidates for enhancement with technology.
Lead Technical Business Analyst team and provide coaching and direction for personal and technical growth
Assist in the documentation of the existing process and identify where to best apply technology effort to streamline performance.
Develop requirements and proof of concept solutions in conjunction with applications and business teams.
Ensure end-user proficiency with new systems and processes across departments as they are being applied.
Act as technical champion to assist in troubleshooting issues and develop end-user training where appropriate.
As needed, work with training department to supplement or develop training content for a project or solution.
Provide project management support to coordinate IT and business resources.
Work closely with other IT teams and software vendors to deliver effective business solutions.
Participate in/on a variety of meetings, groups, and/or committees to integrate business requirements with technology solutions.
Bachelors Degree from 4-year college or university. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements
Significant work experience (5+ years preferable) in information technology integration and support with experience or strong knowledge in the following:
End user interviewing and requirements gathering
Ability to design and implement workflows with complex conditional and approvals and understand how data through the system
Data transfer methodologies including APIs (JSON & SOAP) and file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, and SMTP imports)
Data information exchange formats such as XML, JSON, etc.
SQL Server, databases, scripts, and queries
Familiar with common coding / scripting languages and tools
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and principles
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and principles
Familiarity with project management principles
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to learn and master business-specific software
Ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to articulate/discuss/document complicated environments and concepts
