Duration: 3-6+ months contract to hire

- Provide subject matter expertise in the administrator module of the Clients Software product
- Manage the allocation of online learning modules to our clients through our online learning institute
- Submit importer build requests to our Engineering team
- An advanced Excel master who enjoys scrubbing large sets of data with a meticulous attention to technical details
- Substantial experience with PowerQuery, PowerPivot, data cleanup functions, and pivot tables for data visualization purposes
- Perform user acceptance testing on importers, new features, and/or bug fixes in the Clients Software product
- Provide clear and practical client-facing advice on overcoming software issues
- Train and advise internal consultants on software issues and/or the best way to set up the software to meet client needs
- Triage support tickets received from both external and internal clients
- Administer support through the answering of tickets received from clients within agreed upon service levels
Qualifications:
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced knowledge of writing and modifying VBA and pivot table manipulation and 'data cleanup' functions (non-negotiable requirement) to include a high level of competency working with and manipulating large volumes of data through Excel
- Minimum of three year’s experience in a Business Analyst role and/or Help Desk role, preferably within a SaaS or technology focused industry
- Experience with industry standard ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce
