The Digital Innovation Group (DIG) at Providence Health Services is a small but mighty product development and incubation team that is building next-gen tools that give patients convenient and easy access to healthcare virtually anywhere, anytime.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager in Seattle, WA to be responsible for managing a technology program, successfully delivering improvements to a product and/or to meet program goals. You partner with others as needed to deliver cross-functional projects. You build relationships with stakeholders and make sure the right people, from a cross-functional perspective, are part of problem discovery, problem elucidation, and solution design.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
- Focus on the larger business and technology picture, including customer experience, provider experience, processes, opportunities and/or problems to be solved.
- Deeply understand the business and technical requirements of the solutions being built and drive the right outcomes.
- Own system launch plans, ensuring effective and timely coordination and collaboration with all internal teams, as well as stakeholders outside of Digital Innovation, including but not limited to clinical, operational, compliance, and financial areas.
