WHAT DOES A TECH SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE DO?
Support customers with technical issues, communicating a simple solution using resources provided. Apply analytical ability to understand the root cause of the problem and document the issues for follow-up. Learn the call center software and customer service methodology as you grow in your role.
Our Tech Support Representatives are responsible for the following tasks:
- Support customers with technical solutions
- Record service process with technical applications
- Improve customer satisfaction efficiently
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction if unsolvable
- Strive to resolve issues on initial contact

Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.
Other Tech Support Representative Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to learn contact center applications
- Must be proficient with basic PC skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly reliable
- Minimum 18 years of age
Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
