Technical Support Representative - Call Center Rep
TRC is looking for an exceptional employee for our dynamic client in Sarasota! Ideally this person will have a strong call center background with troubleshooting experience. Most importantly, they would be a real go getter, who wants to be a part of a fun loving team!
Full- time | Monday-Friday
Summary: Provides technical support on all product lines to clients and associates. Processes related documentation.
Tech Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Communicates with internal and external departments.
- Answers inbound calls from Technical Support lines.
- Performs outbound calls as assigned.
- Documents contacts and follow ups in system database.
- Documents and reports product trends and customer complaints.
- Ensures accurate client information is documented and processed.
- Assists field representatives with technical and procedural issues.
Tech Support Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent related experience
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Excellent telephone communication skills
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
