Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business analysis, technical writing, and/or process analysis.

Familiarity with project management methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Experience in working with software development, application support and engineering departments.
Advanced experience with MS Office Suite especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
