The overall objective of this position is to assist in conducting technical research and analysis of force sustainment, training, and integration with other Service, Joint, Agency, and Coalition forces. This analysis also includes the development of recommendations in order to enhance the survivability of the conventional force (2d MarDiv).

Develop quarterly training forecast tools, TEEP tools to integrate force management, force deployment (FDPE) operations in detail twelve months out and conceptually twenty-four months out.
Within the exercise life cycle of each quarterly TEEP event, provide pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event activities for designated Government and interagency conferences, symposia, and workshops. Pre-event planning shall include site selection, development, and distribution of announcements, creation of the agenda and other required materials and registration.
Create executive level decision informing documents that analyze operational vulnerabilities for senior level decision making and force integration (Executive Off Sites, Operations Summits, and Force Synchronization Conferences).
Annual refinement of 2d MarDiv Campaign Plan. The Campaign Plan provides command guidance for training priorities.
On-site coordination support.
Manage attendee check-in, security problem resolution, document control, and coordination with host facility. Post-event efforts shall include operational value assessment, resource analysis, developing and mailing of the conference proceedings and generation of a lessons learned report.
Develop conference materials and documentation consisting of baseline and as-is capability read-ahead papers and briefings, agendas, projected attendee listings, logistics details and security instructions for project conference and meetings. Documents shall include an attendee listing, key discussion points/decisions reached, and announcements of follow-on meetings or actions. Technical briefings shall provide an overview of the results of a technical analysis of the issues generated in the agenda. Conference proceeding, minutes and after action/lessons learned reports shall be included.
Clearance: Secret required, TS/SCI preferred
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri; 8 hrs days anticipated
Travel: TBD, possible conference attendance no more than 3 times per yr for 5 days/event or less.

Offeror must demonstrate employees have education at the career (O-4) level, or higher, from any United States military service school.
Offeror must demonstrate employees have at least two years of experience working on a General Officer level staff (U. S. military) specifically in either the current, or future operations section.
Offeror must demonstrate employees have training in curriculum development and instructional methods.
Offeror must demonstrate employees have a minimum of three years of experience in providing instruction. Experience at a career (O-4) level military school (U. S. military), or higher, is preferred.
