Berry Appleman & Leiden is seeking a Law Clerk for a temporary 3 to 6 month assignment. Responsibilities include assisting our legal team in preparing Regional Templates for our clients and legal teams. You must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task, possess excellent communication skills and be experienced in Word.
Primary responsibilities, under the supervision of Practice Manager, Team Manager, or Attorney, include assisting our legal team in preparing corporate immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions and other immigration applications. Secondary responsibilities include other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager, Team Manager, or Attorney. You must be detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multi-task, possess excellent communication skills and be experienced in Word.
Law school graduates with prior immigration experience preferred. Ability to work full time hours for the duration of the contract (usually 3 to 6 months) is required.
