Managing the Team Member Relations function and providing front-line interface with Team Members and/or leaders in interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, responding to questions or complaints, mediating conflicts, and coaching and counseling to improve relationship and performance. Responsibilities also include, completing investigations and resolving of all Team Member Relations issues, conduciting exit interviews, responding to unemployment claims and spending a large amount of time on the floor promoting the open door policy and provide one on one contact with Team Members.
Must have HR Generalist experience. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Extensive knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
