Our client is hiring for a Training Coordinator for a company that provides Safety Training courses for various businesses in the Bay Area. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of Customer Service, Administrative, and/or Inside Sales experience, GOOD WORK HISTORY TENURE, and a great attitude.
The company provides safety instruction courses to various companies. These companies will send emails with requests to book a safety training for their company. The "training coordinator" will receive these emails, answer any questions (including pricing, course length, amount of people per course, course details, etc.), generate quotes, and book the training session for the client. They might be placing/receiving about 10-20 calls per day as most of their work is done over email, where they will receive an average of about 50 emails driven.
Must also be open to also doing admin duties in the office including but not limited to:
Setting up conference rooms for in-house training sessions and meetings.
Various administrative tasks throughout the office (team player mentality).
Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
