The Training Specialist designs and conducts company training programs. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training.
- Involved in initial plan design and existing plan enhancements.
- Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Education: High School Graduate/GED Requirements: Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred2-4 Strong automotive process and manufacturing experience developing and knowledgeable in curriculum for Automation dealing with robotics, networking, drives and PLC's. Specifically Rockwell (Control Logic, Studio 500, VFD) and/or FanucPreferred experience teaching Skilled trades and/or OEM StaffExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.High level of professionalism; self-directed and motivated.Strong computer skills (Google Suite, Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.).Ability to motive team towards the successful completion of set goals.Ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment.Will be required to travel domestically 10-20% to plant locations in Michigan (Royal Oak area)
