Location: Woods Run
As a member of the DLC Operations Transmission Compliance team (Team), this position provides support to DLC Operations’ compliance with applicable transmission regulatory requirements, including NERC Reliability Standards applicable to DLC as well as requirements mandated by PJM, ReliabilityFirst, and the Pennsylvania PUC. This position will contribute their experience and technical knowledge of Bulk Electric System operations, particularly real-time operations, operations planning, cyber security, and root cause analysis to expand the Team’s breadth of experience and position the Team to provide knowledgeable support across all of DLC Operations.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or other relevant field of study plus relevant, compliance and regulatory experience.
Preferred: Three or more years of electric industry experience and knowledge of NERC Reliability Standards. This position to be filled at Associate II, III, or IV based on education and experience of successful candidate.
Skills/Abilities: Excellent written and verbal communications skills and ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical subject matter required. Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Self-directed and resourceful, with demonstrated ability to generate ideas and problem solve; strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to be a strong member of a team as well as complete individual projects.
Physical Requirements: Normal office environment.
