Our client, a Midtown based law firm, is seeking an administrative receptionist to support their office. This position requires professional and courteous demeanor, as well as outstanding communication skills. Tasks include greeting clients and visitors, answering and fielding phone calls, managing and scheduling the conference rooms, and setting up IT equipment. The hours are 9-6. The position will be interviewing and starting by September 30th. This role is temp to perm and will be paying a salary DOE + benefits + paid overtime.
