Growing Real Estate Investment firm based in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn, seeks to hire a Temp to Perm Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team. This a fast growing company and the ideal candidate for the Reception/Administrative Assistant role will be excited to contribute and be a part of that growth. The main job responsibilities will include the following: answering phones and providing information to callers, meeting and greeting guests, preparing correspondence and documents, sorting all company and tenant mail, and packages, data entry, typing, and organizing workflow, creating and suggesting new systems to optimize efficiency, coordinating with tenants, contractors and staff to address issues, spearheading research and pricing quotes, general office manager duties (ordering supplies, handling the mail, sending out packages, etc.) and other ad-hoc projects as they arise. In addition, this person will provide Administrative Assistant support to senior executives in the company. To be considered for the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant role candidates should have prior administrative experience, working in an office environment with strong knowledge of administrative/clerical procedures, proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook, a strong customer service mentality, ability to meet short deadlines, strong organizational and multitasking skills, superb oral and written communication, and be reliable and a team player. Prior experience working in QuickBooks a plus but not required. General hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm with flexibility for OT as it arise. Salary is based on experience. Lunch is provided daily.
