Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite of software to compose correspondence, create spreadsheets, and prepare presentations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to set-up and use database and records management software programs to organize data and run reports. Understanding the importance of Maxient as an enterprise level tool in managing campus safety and student behavior, driving interventions and strategies, and possess the ability to define requirements for evolving Maxient utilization and reporting.
Experience with database systems, research management systems or similar relational database operations.
Demonstrated experience in defining, measuring, and implementing actions to ensure strict quality standards are maintained.
Proven experience with managing change and business integration.
Previous experience with Maxient and with the post-secondary environment preferred.
Typical Education or Training:
Bachelor's degree in related field plus 2+ years of relevant experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts. Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, College Student Personnel, Communications, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field is highly preferred. Previous experience complying with the requirements of the Clery Act and/or Title IX, and advanced Clery Act and/or Title IX training is highly preferred.
