Arion Perfume & Beauty - a Schertz, Texas based perfumes, color cosmetics & beauty products sales & distribution organization. Our organization has been established in the market for 20 years primarily involved in the sales of our brands to the USA, Central & Latin America & Caribbean markets. We sell direct to customers, in wholesale & retail, as well as selling via distributors. We are part of an international business group involved in the manufacture of said product categories.

Bachelor’s university degree required. Ideally within Business Management, Sales or Marketing fields.
Must have 8-10 years of relevant experience of working in a sales role in the fragrance or personal care industry, must have sold to Wholesale
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Direct selling of the company’s Fragrance, Cosmetic, and HBA lines to current, prospective, and new accounts through a disciplined selling process that moves the client through a sequential process of awareness, education, interest, and closure of the individual sale.
Heavy focus on developing the Texas, California & New York wholesale markets.
Express and articulate strong analytical, business, and financial acumen at all times. Utilizing data to position products and enable customers to understand how Arion Perfume and Beauty products impact their own P & L.
Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives, by identifying, prospecting, presenting, proposing, and closing sales for Arion Perfume & Beauty Products. Driving the individual product quota and achieving broad distribution across all product categories.
Consistently provide excellent customer service in the field to current and prospective new accounts.
Heavy focus on prospecting, finding and developing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Responsible for employing consultative selling and establishing a trusted advisor relationship, determine needs, and raise needs awareness with the client.
Direct responsibility for client retention and year on year increase in baseline business.
Regular travel throughout assigned territories in a responsible and efficient manner, in-line with company goals and objectives.
Effective communication with all support personnel and upper management, marketing, and other support services.
Effective participation in company sponsored events and marketing efforts that drive sales objectives and develop qualified new prospects.
Actively participate in demand planning and sales forecast to inventory demands with logistics department to ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner while maximizing inventory utilization
Skills & Competencies Required
Shows strong business and financial acumen.
Must be very comfortable at building and analyzing P&L’s.
Must demonstrate an analytical mind with the ability to analyze financial data.
Must have experience of working within the perfume & personal care industry.
Must have experience of selling to Wholesale Accounts.
