JOB SUMMARY: The User Experience (UX) Designer will be responsible for creating and driving interactive programs that enhance customer experience with Pinkerton's brand, and design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile solutions.

- Own the experience of Pinkerton's Products by verifying design decisions through usability testing;
- Track usability goals and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop user profiles, usability requirements, use cases and scenarios to articulate the solution experience.
- Design intuitive and simple user interfaces for web and mobile solutions.
- Guide Pinkerton in UI/UX best practices.
- Conduct competitive landscape, user analysis and make recommendations for new designs.
- Leverage user research to better understand marketing needs and expectations.
- Ensure consistent branding and standards are delivered across all client touchpoints.
- Perform UAT/review product releases to ensure high quality user experience and drive high conversion.
- Identify personas and user flows through internal/external user interviews.
- Consult with internal/external users and stakeholders to understand their goals and communicate research results.
- Collaborate with clients and Pinkerton teams to create great experiences across projects.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Minimum Hiring Standards
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process including drug testing and background investigation.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
- Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
Bachelor's degree (Master's, preferred) in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), and at least five years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
- Fluency in best practices for web-based information architecture design.
- Strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
