Strong collaboration skills to work with the rest of the Steering Unit through interpersonal skills, strategic planning; analytical thinking, team building, product and process knowledge, attention to detail and coaching.
Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Generate new businesses opportunities and expand the customer base by acquiring new end user customers, or introducing new products to existing customers by identifying, qualifying and closing product applications.
Provide after-sales support services and technical back up as required; including product training and demonstrations.
Develop & maintain territory plans and initiatives to generate sustainable growth for our brands in the market.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and entrepreneurial skills by providing business plan development, competitive strategies and market trends for the business.
- Key Account Manager with at least five years’ experience that can independently drive business with mechanical and collision distributors in eleven states: WA, MT, OR, ND, WY, CA, NV, UT, AZ, HI, AL.
- Ability to manage significant travel including overnight stays (estimated at 70%, across the assigned territory).
