Venue Senior Manager
Our client a prominent Hotel and Hospitality group are looking for a senior Hospitality person to manage and drive the growth within one of their Hotels.
POSITION TITLE: Venue Senior Manager
REPORTS TO: Head of Operations / Area General Manager / Owner
Hands role, the Senior Venue Manager is expected to ensure presence when venue is busy and as such will work most weekend.
The Venue manager is responsible for all aspects of operations of the Restaurant and the hotel, to day-to-day staff management and guests.
He / She should be an ambassador for the Venue. Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction. Work Very closely with the hotel owners and other stake holders.
Responsible for managing the Hotels management team (HOD's) and overall Restaurant & hotel targets to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
The Senior Venue Manager would also be required to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent Restaurant professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Must have Banqueting and Restaurant experience and be able to Manage Head Chef and Accommodation. Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
At least 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry
Preferably a university degree in hotel management or a related field with Experience in opening, managing or re-positioning a hotel with clear track record. Excellent computer system skills.
Change Management experience. Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Flexible approach in dealing with dynamic challenges. Demonstrate initiative and innovation. Excellent people manager & skills
