Ashland Animal Hospital is looking for a Lead Receptionist to join our team. We are a high quality, multi-doctor, full-service hospital.
Your primary day-to-day responsibility will be to serve as a Client Care Specialist (CCS). In addition, as Lead Receptionist / CCS, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the reception area, supporting hospital policies, resolving client concerns, and professionally managing the CCS team. Our CCS are responsible for managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is presentable.
We target candidates with skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication, multi-tasking and management. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, a high level of computer proficiency and exceptional telephone communication skills. Applicants should be team players who enjoy working with others in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule; however, rotating evening, and Saturday shifts will be required. Applicants should have prior experience working in a veterinary hospital.
