Responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources work in Rudolphas merger & acquisition efforts, providing oversight to others (internal or external resources) during the due diligence and integrations processes.
Directs a process of organizational planning and development that evaluates structure, job design, forecasting and succession throughout the company.
Establishes strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of the company.
Oversees compensation programs to ensure worldwide regulatory compliance, competitive salary levels and strategic corporate fit. Establishes wage and salary structure, pay policies, performance appraisal programs and employee benefit programs and services. Monitors for effectiveness and cost containments.
Establishes strategic recruiting, interviewing, selection, hiring and onboarding practices and procedures. Participates in the hiring of executive-level candidates.
Oversees implementation and continuous improvement of programs through global Human Resources staff.
Establish Human Resources metrics to provide quantitative measurements for department activities as well as productivity and employee-related issues throughout the workforce.
Evaluates technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
Creates and manages HR budget.
Oversees company safety and health programs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
10 - 15 yearsa experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Human Resources; minimum of 5 years in a senior-level human resources position.
Proven ability to set the HR vision for an organization and develop an actionable plan to execute within a high growth environment. Creative, innovative, and forward thinking while focused on delivering results.
Experience managing global human resources organization.
Ability to lead cultural alignment and strategic change and sustain change efforts.
Experience leading corporate merger and acquisition processes from an HR perspective.
Demonstrates operational efficiency - broad knowledge and experience in all aspects of human resources including talent management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and organizational design.
Experienced working across multiple facility locations.
