Partner with leadership team to develop and execute key growth initiatives for manufacturing and supply chain functions
Work with finance to analyze data, recognize trends, and formulate ways to expand capacity and capability in order to achieve significant growth goals
Research and explore ways to accomOrganizationate production growth through new innovative equipment, continuous improvement activities and co-manufacturing options.
Partner with all departments to achieve quality standards, food safety initiatives, sales forecasts, financial targets and brand support by executing a seamless supply chain.
Participate in annual budgeting process to ensure necessary resources for manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and supply chain are planned for and prioritized.
Define performance metrics for measurements, comparison, and/or evaluation of operations to consistently deliver on company’s mission to provide out of this world service to customers and employees.
Create, refine and instill the highest standards for facilities operations, employee safety, preventative maintenance and compliance.
Direct and coordinate all production, quality assurance, purchasing, warehousing, maintenance, distribution, and planning/forecasting activities.
Institute and review company’s quality programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSMA and FDA.
Hold accountability for the administration of the facility’s SQF and SPC systems; implement and maintain Statistical Process Control methods for analyzing data.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure proper receipt of raw ingredients, proper production, packaging and shipment of high-quality food products.
Manage and execute the hands-on development of multiple new products, line extensions, formula improvements, cost improvements, ingredient sCompanytitutions and applied technology.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, food science, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience working in food manufacturing and plant management
Strong knowledge in food safety, quality assurance, and R&D.
Hands-on experience with planning and scheduling, procurement, and distribution.
Experience working with LEAN, TPS and continuous improvement activities.
Strong knowledge of demand management, forecasting tools, and operations planning.
Understanding of key inventory performance drivers and metrics, turns, margins, etc.
Multi-channel and multi-unit (manufacturing/foodservice/retail) experience with a brand-centric company.
Ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders through clear and compelling communication
