We’recurrently seeking an accomplished Product Manager with strong strategic andtechnical product management experience to drive continued innovation andgrowth. Join a fast-paced, high growth team focused on emerging markets andtechnology in the virtual payments space.
Thisrole will directly oversee the strategy and development of products andplatforms for the virtual payments product line in support of theorganization’s goals and market needs. An ideal candidate will have experiencein market trend identification, product development processes, communicating businessand technical requirements and product positioning. This role will work closelywith cross-functional areas including operations, sales, finance, marketing, aswell as strategic third party vendors.
Manages competitive analysis and market research of competingproducts and services to identify customer needs and trends.
Develops product concepts to address defined customer needs viaideation, iteration and analysis.
Identifies opportunities to evolve the product line including transformingthe value proposition, integrating with new strategic partnerships or improvingour technology solutions.
Creates and drives a product roadmap based upon market trends,revenue opportunity and client interactions.Coordinates with operations and technology teams to ensure delivery ofprocedures and systems to meet product requirements.
Collaborate with other functional groups to deliver marketing andtraining to support sales team efforts.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of related work experience
- Experience within product management, financial systems, and software development within the B2B payments space
- Knowledge of payment systems, products and services
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently
- Ability to work across multiple cross functional teams with a variety of stakeholders to achieve your objectives
- Strong technical acumen
Travel:Occasional travel to internal/external client meetings, conferences and tradeshows.
