We are seeking Voice Communications Administrator to join our SEITS contract at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.
Act as Telephone Control Officer (TCO) for organization
Primary point of contact for all telephone related matters
Maintain inventory, and work equipment replacements & life cycle
Manage 911 database
Coordinate & work with Vendors for issue resolution
Participate in issuing & other telecom processes
Review and enforce network security for devices & activations
Handle Activation & deactivation process for Voice TELECOM assets
Provide reports & presentations on TELCO/PED capability’s and status
Familiar with VOIP, VOSIP, POTS, & PEDS
Coordinate changes & participate in local change management
Responsible for updating the telephone directory & DRSN
Troubleshoot & Resolve PEDs, POTS, & VOIP/VOSIP hardware issues
Install, modify and maintain telecom network infrastructure
Maintain Voice Mail System
At least 3 years of directly related experience
Active Secret Clearance
Must be U.S. Citizen
8570 IAT 1 or better certification
