VP Implementation and Support

Develops and executes comprehensive implementation strategy for all RS products
Ensures high client satisfaction and quality of implementation by performance on corporate surveys and internal quality scorecards.
Assures the overall implementation timelines are met balancing resources across the teams within line of sight.
- Establishes and the strategies to drive organic revenue via participation initiatives across legacy client base as well as providing education support services to all new clients.
Designs and oversees the execution of overall sales support functions relative to facilitating 401(k) sales business by providing critical internal support on product, price and investment services.
Works closely with senior RS Sales leadership to understand the multiyear sales strategy and establish the process and protocols for the support team including: RFPs, proposals and investments support to ADP field DMs as well as partners in the financial advisor community.
Devises and executes wholesaling, training and channel marketing strategies in conjunction with National payroll sales leadership team to drive growth of SIMPLE and POP products.
Trains payroll and RS sales team on products and services.
Designs and develops business process enhancements and continuous improvement strategy for domestic and offshore organizations.
Leads and directs the ERISA compliance team relative compliance team relative to strategic initiatives to support multi business units across RS, specifically new client support but also the RS client base.
Bachelors Degree required or equivalent in work experience and education.
Masters Degree preferred.
12 plus years experience in the retirement industry, leading a large and complex organization possibly a national field organization and/or establishing strategic direction that impacts multiple functional areas.
Responsible for 100+ organization and driving business results.
