Randstad has partnered with a local warehouse in the Hebron area that is hiring for a Warehouse Operations Clerk. The Warehouse Operations Clerk ensures that front office administrative tasks are handled appropriately and communicates with employees, visitors, and customers and supports local management. This is a temp to hire position with an initial probationary period wherein the associate will have an opportunity to display to the employer their work ethic and dependability. At the conclusion of the three month probationary period, the employer will then convert the associate to full-time status depending on the employee's performance. Ensures security processes are followed with regard to the front desk (driver and visitor sign in).- Answers and routes all telephone calls in a polite manner, taking messages and routing to proper individual in a timely manner
Provides scheduling of all inbound and outbound freight in compliance customer and operation departments
Facility AR/AP and vendor invoices responsibilities
Responsible for running specific customer reports and scanning invoices
Other administrative tasks as directed by local management specific to the facility’s needs.
