Remediate customer warranty claims with support from HICO PM Organization and Engineering department (including supervisors).
Create part orders for customer replacement parts with guidance from Project Managers.
Maintain customer service and satisfaction while also reducing warranty item costs where appropriate.Develop spare parts inventory for urgent lead time requests from customer
Monitor organizational compliance with quality and warranty assurance systems, communicate deficiencies and facilitate appropriate countermeasures.
Identify organizational quality-related issues and develop warranty/product reliability training.
Develop and implement process or systems improvements and audit procedures to assure achievement of all customer warranty standards.
