CONSOR Engineers, LLC (CONSOR) is seeking a Water/Wastewater (W/WW) Engineer to join our Team to provide project leadership in support of a growing W/WW practice.  The position is located in our Fort Myers office and requires experience in SW Florida.  As a dynamic and growing engineering consulting firm, CONSOR is full of opportunities for career development.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of CONSOR’s W/WW practice through project execution and client development.  The candidate will participate in resource allocation and recruitment to ensure talent aligns with project delivery needs.  Will provide oversight and direction to multi-disciplined teams to ensure exceptional project delivery with high client satisfaction in the W/WW infrastructure design space. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities.

• Contributing to the development of drawings, specifications and bid documents for water/wastewater projects, as well as support construction and commissioning activities.
• Working with construction teams for cost estimation and project execution.
• Performing engineering, design, cost estimation and proposal development including collaborating with other CONSOR teams.
• Working with other CONSOR offices across the US.
• Participating in project coordination with the electrical, structural, process, instrumentation and architectural disciplines to ensure discipline and quality standards are maintained.
• Assisting in the development of project proposals, scopes, schedules and budgets.
• Assuring the technical quality of deliverables.
• Occasional travel within the US.  Less than 15% overnight travel.

Required Credentials.

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in civil or related engineering discipline.
• Professional Engineer registration (PE)  or EIT in at least one state is required.
• 5-15 years experience in W/WW planning, treatment, conveyance, design and construction.
• Experience in water and wastewater modeling tasks.   
• Design/build experience is desirable.
• Proven track record in engineering project delivery.
• Must be a self-starter with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to work with teams across various offices and geographies.
• Ability to communicate with clients and maintain successful client relations.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor budget, schedule and engineering tasks.
