Join Burlington Stores, one of the largest off-price retail stores in the nation, as a Part-Time Weekend Associate! Are you an outgoing, friendly people-person with great organizational skills? As a Part-Time Weekend Associate, you’ll take on a hybrid role, rotating through Front of House positions including performing Cashier, Sales and Customer Service Associate responsibilities based on the needs of the store. You’ll be an important ambassador of the Burlington brand, responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing world-class service to our customers. You’ll maintain a neat, organized, and clean sales floor with a positive and professional attitude. You’ll work to address all the customer’s needs and, when behind the register, you’ll help get them through the check-out process quickly and easily. Weekend Associates are key in helping us provide a positive shopping experience that will encourage our customers to come back and visit us again!
· Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
· Accurately and efficiently ring on register (purchases, layaways, returns, and exchanges)
· Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
· Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
· Assisting in completing price changes and year-end inventory and cycle counts
· Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including weekends and holidays as required. Physical requirements may include the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
