Position Description: The Wellness Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the nursing leadership team with staff scheduling, assisting in the new hire recruitment and on-boarding process, and maintaining the resident care records. This position ensures an atmosphere in which the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all residents is held to the highest standard.
Education/Training/ Experience: Must possess a Business Office Certificate from an accredited institution, an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administrative Assistant or related field, or one (1) year relevant experience in medical/health care setting. Must possess advanced computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with ALIS or other Assisted Living software preferred.
