Job Description
The Perfect Store Analyst will support the Perfect Store team with analytics to shape the teams’ execution strategy and routine reporting needs. This is a perfect role for someone who wants to learn the foundation of how we design and develop equipment solutions for our sales teams and retail partners while working collaboratively with brands, sales, global procurement, suppliers and agencies to drive a positive impact to the overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Analyst level resource to support various Merchandising development endeavours in West Division
- Manage weekly Perfect Store communication email to both Retail and Field Teams
- Manage Temp Merch Forecast/Ordering Process (release & summarization) for PBC period programs as well as Brand Team and Account specific projects where needed;
- Responsible for Planning Analytical reports including Shipment/Placement report, Shipment Timeline Reporting, PO Number gathering
- Manage West Division temp merch budget and develop Period Reimbursement reports for release to PBC finance and distribution to PBC bottling regions/locations
- Collaborate with West Division Sales Planning, Marketing and Field Sales to align on merchandising tools to support retail objectives

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills
- Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and projects
- Executional excellence
- Project Planning and program analysis
- CPG industry experience preferred
- Ability to understand and translate analytics and insights into recommendations and themes
- Strong communication skills and collaboration skills with team members
- Solid capability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
- Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word,
- Willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support systems
- Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
- Develops strong relationships/partnership for the overall success of the team & customer
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
